As I really believe in sharing information and knowledge, it is through this spirit that I founded this blog. I feel a moral obligation to present the companies and individuals who participated in the physical creation of this web space and the relevant technical aspects.
All the information you will find on this blog, has been previously authorized and is under the protection of Creative Commons 3.0 License Italy. This means that this web space, and everything in it is contained, is recognized as Free Cultural Work. In other words, less technical, it means that you can do and what you want with the information, without any prior authorization.
You just have to remember three simple rules:
- The contents must not be used for commercial purposes;
- attribute the ownership of the work in the manner specified by the author or, anyway, at least the clear indication of the name and the site from which it comes;
- even if the content is altered or transformed, this work may be distributed only with a license identical to this one.
The blog www.automotivespace.eu was created on WordPress CMS; everything is managed from a desktop and a laptop, installed with the latest version of the OS Ubuntu, with related software.
Corresponding pages are turned, as the Automotive Space, on Linkedin, Facebook, Google+, Pinterest, Stumble Upon, paper,li and Scoop.it. The Twitter account is @automotivespace.
The theme chosen is based on Silver Lexus provided by an Australian site, heavily modified by my friend Roberto Iacono. The Hosting service is made by VHosting Solution Provider through a Linux server Centos. The logo, and its declination as traditional media on the web, have been treated by YouSTORE Infromatica.
The HTML code of the Silver Lexus theme has been modified, in order to reduce the number of plugins installed and increase the overall usability.
The speed of the site is continuously tested by the tools GTmetrics, Webwait, Pingdom, and Page Speed; while access and general statistics are tracked by Google Analytics.
There is the list of software and plugins properly configured:
